John Barclay
Dr John Barclay who has recently retired from the Australian Catholic University holds an avid interest in world history dating from his early undergraduate studies in European, Australian and East Asian history at the University of New South Wales in the late 1960s. He has been a regular visitor to China, South East Asia and Sri Lanka. During his doctoral research he lived in the U.K. and travelled from there into Europe including the Aegean. He has participated in and led cultural and study tours in education and information studies. He is a regular and committed traveller familiar with the vagaries and delights of the tour. John is looking forward to your company, and his background experience and enthusiasm will contribute to your enjoyment of the program.
