Jennie Blundell

Jennie Blundell was born and brought up in England and comes from a family of intrepid travelers:  her two daughters seem to have inherited this trait.  She has lived in Australia for almost 40 years, and first travelled to the Middle East eight years ago; she became fascinated by that part of the world, and has returned every year since.  Her first trip to Yemen was in 2005, and both before and after this trip she studied the country and read widely.  She gives illustrated lectures throughout South East Queensland, where she lives, on both her travels in the Middle East as well as other countries visited over the years.  Jennie led this tour for Alumni Travel in 2008.
