Bon Voyage our complimentary quarterly newsletter brings you details of our study tours departing this year and an outline of some of our offerings for the following years. We try to keep 12 months ahead, so you have time to make plans. Bon Voyage also gives you information about other travel opportunities we can recommend and news of our tour information days, at which you have a chance to meet the Alumni Travel staff and some of the tour leaders. It can come to you posted as a hard copy, or you can opt to have sent to your email address.

We are very grateful to those of you who have sent through names and contact details of friends who you think might be interested in our tours. Thus we would now like to announce a Rewards Programme. Starting from March 2007, every new subscriber that you introduce, who actually travels on an Alumni Travel tour, will win you $250 ($500 for a couple). This can be taken either in the form of cash or as a discount on any of your own future Alumni Travel tours. This reward is a one-off payment per every new member introduced. But you are eligible for it again if you introduce another one of your friends, who joins us and travels. To reward your loyalty over the 21 years of our existence, when you travel on another international Alumni Travel tour, booking directly with us (ie, not via a travel agent), the following applies:
2nd Tour: $150 per person discount
3rd Tour: $250 per person discount
4th Tour: 4% per person off the basic tour cost
5th Tour: 5% per person off the basic tour cost
6th-9th Tour: As for 5th tour
10th Tour (and each tour thereafter): 10% off basic tour cost
This discount only applies on tours that have the Alumni Travel logo. It cannot apply to tours we organize for other institutions.
Alumni Travel offers a range of absorbing study tours to various destinations. We try to complete the tour brochure at least 12 months before the tour is due to depart. Unfortunately there are times when this is not possible, owing to delays with information from either airlines, local tour operators or other factors such as performance schedules.

Alumni Travel can prepare individual itineraries for individuals and small groups using our range of travel associates in Southeast Asia, China, India, Turkey, Central Asia and Europe. Quotes can include private touring and local guides.
